A little message from Mrs Jess
I am so so proud of all the children I took netball today. We played some fantastic netball and all their hard work and determination payed off.
1st match we won 9-0 against Hurst Drive.
2nd match we won 3-2 against Flamsted End.
3rd match we lost 2-3 against Brooklands but we did play 3 games without a break.
4th match we won 4-0 against Cuffley B
We came 2nd in our group so knew we had some tough matches coming up.
We lost to Fairfield’s who went on to win the tournament then had to play Brooklands again and lost. Overall we came 4th out of 11 schools.
We played some lovely netball and all children should be proud of their efforts.
Celebrating our Curriculum
Year 4 and Year 1 help activities this week which widen opportunities within the curriculum. Year 1 has been working on the Great Fire of London and burnt down all of their building today .Health & safety was a priority so Mrs Pisaturo invited the fire service to ensure our safety.Year 4 celebrated their USA topic by learning a little bit of line dancing.
Thank you for supporting us as we fundraise for Thomas!
