What an absolutely fabulous time we have enjoyed in the lead up to Christmas during the last few weeks with so many special events and celebrations taking place…even more so than normal it seems!
Indeed, the diary has been packed as full as my Christmas stocking…hopefully!
Christmas is always a very special time in school and this year that seems to have been the case more so than ever.
During the last few weeks we have enjoyed a whole ‘heavenly’ host of wonderful celebrations, particularly this week including the amazing Year 1 and Year 2 Nativity (Oh Yeah!), the lovely Nursery and Reception Sing-A-Long and yesterday’s magical Carol Concert…Christmas has well and truly arrived!
All of these celebrations are what makes St. Joseph’s Catholic Primary School the really special and unique place that it is; our boys and girls provide us all with inspiration as we look at the world through their eyes and marvel at its wonder and the joy of living as part of God’s family.
On behalf of all the staff at St. Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, may I take this opportunity to say a festive ‘THANK YOU’ to you all for your incredible generosity and genuine thoughtfulness in terms of the cards and gifts that you have sent in for all the staff during the last few days; such gestures mean more than you will ever know and are truly appreciated by all concerned.
From all of the staff at St. Joseph’s Catholic Primary School we hope that you all have a truly magical Christmas and New Year.
