After all of their efforts in planning/preparing the Christmas Fete during the last few weeks, the PTA held a meeting last night to review its success and plan for future events in the New Year…as the old saying goes…there is no rest for the wicked!
On behalf of all members of the school community (especially our boys and girls who benefit directly from their fundraising efforts) I would like to express our/your gratitude for the marvellous work that the PTA and their ‘supporters’ do as they continue to raise money to support our children and provide them with additional resources that we could not fund without their generosity…including our fabulous Forest School.
On Saturday there were an ‘army’ of helpers who helped to make the Christmas Fete a spectacular success…thank you to all concerned for your time and hard work before/during/after the event…it is truly appreciated!
In the current economic climate of educational cuts we are blessed to have such a proactive and supportive PTA who are willing to give of their time so freely to raise much needed funds for our boys and girls…and who do so by putting the ‘fun’ into fundraising!
A huge ‘THANK YOU’ to all concerned!
