Have A Wonderful Christmas!!

What a truly wonderful time we have enjoyed in the lead up to Christmas during the last few weeks with so many special events and celebrations taking place…the diary has been packed fuller than Santa’s sleigh as he sets out on Christmas Eve!

Our ‘celebrations/preparations’ began on Tuesday 5th December with our Advent Carol Service. During the last couple of weeks we have enjoyed the Nursery Sing-Along, The Year 1/Reception Nativity, the PTA Pantomime, School Christmas Lunch,  Class Parties and finally yesterday’s Advent Carol Concert in St. Joseph’s Church. In addition to this the School Choir have attended the Westminster Advent Carol Service at Westminster Cathedral and the boys and girls in Year 6 have been carol singing in the local community.

All of these celebrations are what makes St. Joseph’s Catholic Primary School the really special place that it is; our boys and girls always rise to the occasion and make these special celebrations ‘extra’ special!

On behalf of all the staff at St. Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, may I take this opportunity to say a festive ‘Thank You’ all for your incredible generosity and thoughtfulness in terms of the cards and gifts that you have sent in during the last few days; such gestures are truly appreciated by all concerned.

From all of the staff at St. Joseph’s Catholic Primary School we hope that you all have a truly magical Christmas and we look forward to welcoming you back refreshed and re-energised on Wednesday 10th January 2018!

MERRY CHRISTMAS ONE AND ALL!
