A Cuppa and a Chat with the Over Sixties

Well done to the boys and girls who attended the parish tea for the over sixties yesterday.

The Chaplaincy Team plus choir, 27 children in total, went along to help out.  While the Chaplaincy team worked hard serving tea, coffee and biscuits, the choir concentrated on the social side, chatting to the people there about all sorts of things.  The choir then sang a few songs, which was clearly enjoyed by all as so many people joined in.

Chaplaincy handed out Christmas cards and the biscuits they’d made as gifts which were very well received.
